Paul Kaplan Company – Opened their doors in 1971, in Santa Ana, CA

1999

ISC Engineering – Opened their doors in 1999, in Duarte, CA

2020

ISC Engineering and Paul Kaplan Company combine to form Interconnect Solutions Company

2020

ISC acquires PKC to add wire harness and box build capabilities

2021

ISC moves into new 120K square foot headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA

2021

ISC Engineering creates the foundation of what ISC is today as a leader in cable and overmold cable assemblies

2022

ISC acquires TriTek Electronics in 2022, adding specialty machine braiding and mil-spec potting production

2023

ISC acquires MX Electronics in 2023, to add printed circuit board and electronics capabilities

2024

ISC acquires CableNet Aerospace in 2024, gaining a Colorado footprint and strength in lower orbit satellites and ground support for the space industry

2026

ISC expands to the East Coast through acquisition of Aero Electronics on Florida’s Space Coast
