Code of Conduct

Interconnect Solutions Company builds products that people depend on in mission critical applications, and we hold ourselves and our supply chain to standards that earn that trust. We comply with all applicable laws and customer requirements, and we expect the same of every supplier, subcontractor, and service provider who works with us. That means treating workers with dignity and respect, with no forced or child labor, no discrimination or harassment, fair wages and hours, and a safe and healthful workplace. It means protecting the environment and complying with the permits and substance restrictions that apply to our operations and our products. It means conducting business with integrity, with no bribery, kickbacks, or corruption of any kind, honest records, and fair competition. It means safeguarding customer designs, intellectual property, and controlled information, and complying with ITAR, export control, counterfeit part prevention, and responsible minerals sourcing requirements. Suppliers are expected to flow these standards down to their own subtiers and to support ISC verification on request. Anyone who sees conduct inconsistent with these standards is expected to report it, and ISC prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
