Founded in 1971 (as Paul Kaplan Company and ISC Engineering, combined in 2020), ISC is headquartered in Fountain Valley, CA, with additional sites in Colorado (Cablenet Aerospace) and Florida (Aero Electronics), and is AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered.
